Ongoing website and design support — 2021 — with hosting.

Because we so admire your work and want to keep helping, we have designed a modestly priced retainer package that provides you three hours of our time per quarter at 35% off our regular rate of $100 per hour. Think of this as our own Living Socially deal that we affectionately call our Park Pass.

The Park Pass costs $270 per quarter and includes managed hosting of your Wordpress site ($75/quarter) and up to three hours of billable time at $65/hour ($195 per quarter). Additional support after three hours is billed at $85/hour (a 15% discount). Billing is done at the end of calendar quarters. There is no carryover of hours from quarter to quarter, though. 

You may get the plan without us hosting the website for a cost of $195 per quarter.

You may use your Park Pass support hours for anything pertaining to your present website. Some examples of what the Park Pass covers:

  • Need help loading content or creating an eNewsletter.
  • Website down? (This could be a problem with your hosting company, but we can help find out.)
  • New person needs help learning how to manage site.
  • Need to embed code or buttons from third-party sites into your site: Facebook and Twitter widgets, maps, badges. 
  • A consultative chat with one of our website strategists about how to make your website better.

If you have a new project that requires a bid, we’ll quote that separately, but you could apply a quarter’s worth of unused Park Pass hours. 


Alternatively, our rates are $100 per hour (1/4 hour increments) with a minimum of $35 request.

Park Pass Support Request Procedures

To request assistance with your website:

  • Complete this form to register which staff can request support for your company. Be sure to let us know about relevant staff changes in the future. This helps with security.
  • Send an email to with a description of the request. Include contact name and phone numbers. 
  • Alternatively, you may also call or text Dan Nordley at 612.845.2446. Email is preferable as it will automatically create a case file and reach our technicians.
